Dear Friends of the Yoga Round-Up, LLC,

The Pendleton Yoga Round-Up is now called The Yoga Round-Up, LLC and is owned by Cedric and Tania Wildbill.

We are launching our 2010 Event Registration! Enclosed you will find the registration application, release forms, yoga teacher director form and a vendor application. Please join us at our website to stay connected to the event at www.yogaroundup.com (note new address).

Note: we had said on our website that the 2009 DVD would be “coming soon” and have since decided to focus our resources on the 2010 event and will not be making a DVD available for sale on the 2009 Event.

Yoga Journal Magazine listed the Yoga Round Up as one of 15 Yoga Festivals in America in its February 2010 issue, thus gaining the event national press coverage! We will be holding this year’s event at the Pendleton Convention Center. Please register soon as we can hold up to 600 people at the event and already have quite a few who have registered early. For hotel accommodations, please look at www.pendletonchamber.com under Visitor Information to make your reservations. We have Room Blocks at the Red Lion  Hotel (Please say “I’m making a reservation for The Yoga Round-Up) and if they are not aware of this request, please let me know. Though we only have room blocks at two establishments, there are many other wonderful hotels in Pendleton that you will find at the mentioned website. RV parking for up to 100 RV’s is available right at the Convention Center.

We are thrilled that Yogi Amrit Desai will be returning as our featured guest! We have extended the event and you are welcome to arrive Thursday and leave either Sunday or Monday. A detailed agenda will be posted on the website in the next few months. We have many wonderful Yoga, NIA, and Zumba instructors as well as great music from our local bands including Catlin Martin and the Common Thread, Imperial Twang, Marci Curtis and the James Dean Kindle Band! There will be culturally relevant activities including Coyote Stories, drumming, and history shared about the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation! Sunday night will close with a screening by Wildbill Productions, LLC, of the award winning documentary, American Cowboys, for those who choose to stay until Monday.

A Yoga Teacher Directory is being created to honor all of the Yoga instructors who attended or registered for the event and if you fill it out we will create a directory on the website so we may all stay connected in our communities with Yoga Round-Up teachers in your hometown area or region.

It is our intention to create a no charge weekend ($50 donation suggested) to let go and breathe all together in one big room! We will build the energy together to return to our daily lives with a refreshed and renewed energy!
