A few weeks after the yoga retreat i was having dinner with a few people. They were talking about their various ailments and I said totally spontaneously that if you slow down, practice yoga and listen to your body, your body will tell you whats wrong with it. Everyone thought I was from another planet. But this is what I learned after attending the yoga retreat.

The opening Ceremony with the Native Americans Sacred Drumming 7 songs and then the Yogi Amrit Desai Entering the Room was an Awesome sacred event for me. My heart Chakras opened a healing took place for me the Entire weekend and longer into that month. Amrit Desai has the gift of healing presense just to be in the room with him. I LOVE HIM ! His teaching of YOGA NIDRA are powerful, I have practiced them for 6 years prior to the Event ,and made major health and wellness changes without medications.
I loved having to try out the different styles of Yoga all in the same weekend.
I had never heard of NIA YOGA, and loved it because I love Dance ,Music and Yoga .
My only griefs were the floors too hard , and the FOOD in the town not to my liking . Possibly VENDORS can offer offer special healthy whole foods, Asian style foods for next years event.
